Serviio disconnects from C6500

I have been using serviio fine for a couple of months and then last week it stopped working. Now, when I can get it to show up on my 6500, it will disconnect about 5-10 seconds later. Serviio is installed on a Server 2003 machine which has had no changes in a long time besides typical updates. My 6500 can see PlayOn and any other DNLA servers. Windows Firewall is turned off. I tried disabling all other media server apps and disabled my antivirus. I installed 0.5.2 last night and still the same issue. Here is the last Info log and Debug log.

Thanks!

I assume 192.168.0.12 is your PC address. I don't see anything wrong in the log.

Yeah, that is the server. Any suggestions? I am going to try an capture some debug info when it connects and disconnects. I'll post that in a few.

Here is a complete log. I started the service, then the serviio console, then connected with my 6500 and it disconnected after 5 seconds, then I stopped the serviio server. Looks like there might be some issues this time.

I stopped the service and the server from the console, then restarted both. I really liked Serviio, oh well, back to TVMobili... Thanks

Just wanted to provide an update. Not sure why this was, but my Western Digital box could see all my DNLA stuff just fine, but obviously the Samsung couldn't. I traced it back to the router, D-Link DI655. I reset the router back to defaults and all my stuff started working again. The other strange thing is that nothing had been changed on the router in months, so not sure why it stopped sending uPNP info to the Samsung. Flaky router I suppose.... Anywho, TVMobili is gone and Serviio is back to my default server app!

Good to hear you came back to us :) and d-link home user routers are known for having hissy fits and not wanting to play ball.

Actually it didn't work for very long, but I was digging through the router and noticed Multicast was disabled. Enabled it and has been working flawless. Thanks for a great product.

Not sure if this is of any help but I have solved my issues with drop outs by not connecting through the adsl router, but using a 4 port hub.

So I connected the TV to the 4 port Hub
the Server to the 4 port Hub
and the
Router to the 4 port Hub
