Streaming file from desktop to Samsung Smart TV

Hi, I have a file that is a stream video from the internet, the file constantly gets new data, the file is not a regular stream from the internet(So I can't use Online sources option in Serviio, I'm sharing the file from Shared folders option), I wrote special script that creates the file and keep adding new data to the file(file type is FLV),the problem is when I open the file in Samsung TV using DLNA with Serviio the file size( and probably the data) stays the same as the time I opened Serviio DLNA Folder in Samsnug TV, The TV doesn't know that data was added to the file,What is want is the TV to know if the file has changed while watching it, Is there any way to fix this problem? Thanks.

Re: Streaming file from desktop to Samsung Smart TV

You could try using VLC to write the file to a stream and then use Serviio to stream it. Serviio will only serve up a file the way it exists when played.
