Serviio

I have a Samsung BD-D6500. I can play my mkv videos with Vuze, the samsung sharing software
or mezzemo.

My samsung can see the folders I have created, in fact it creates a small picture of the first frame
of the video, but when I select that video, it tries to load it then I get a "not supported format"

I have tried transcoding checked and unchecked with the same results.

Are there any setup instructions with pictures or a video? Maybe I have something not set
right?

Check that you selected the proper Samsung profile.
