Newbie having issues with file format

Hi There,

I am new to Serviio having discovered today and its pretty cool, but I noticed it had some problems with a couple of my MP4 files. Screen dump below of ffmpeg command. I have a Samsung LE46B650xxxx I initially ran it with the default profile of Generic DLNA then when that file didn't work on the status tab I chose the Samsung TV (B-Series) I stopped and restarted the server . Unfortunately that didn't work either so hoping you guys can help me out I am probably doing something really dumb.

Re: Newbie having issues with file format

Sorry, no idea,
Probably due to x264 encoding options not supported by your Samsung TV.
