Serviio

Does anyone know if Samsung TVs are supposed to be able to display movie /tv metadata?

I have a new D7000 TV. All it seems to do is display a squashed thumbnail of the movie poster. I can see using the Intel AV Controller tool, that Serviio is doing a nice job of retrieving meta data, but either it is not sending it to the Samsung TV or the TV is not collecting / displaying it.

Has anyone had any success with this?

It only shows the DVD cover and title unfortunately. On top of it the C/D series also squash the image, on my B series it shows with the proper aspect ratio.

Anyone been able to get a D-series TV to not squash DVD cover images?
