Serviio not showing embedded subs

I am watching videos combined with English .SRT subtitles, on my TV (Samsung smart TV UE-40D6510)
which connects to Serviio via WiFi home network, quality is satisfactory and all works fine.
My question:
Some videos have embedded subs, which show when playing in VLC player or BS Player on the PC.
Same video will not show subtitles when playing via serviio over wifi.
I did search for a solution in this forum without success.
I also made some experiments with different Serviio settings, also without success.
Does anyone know how to solve ?
