BD-C5500 - subtitle problems

Hello,

Great soft and all. Really appreciate the good work.

However I have a problem which is bugging me and driving me crazy.

Config:
Serviio (Windows XP SP3 up2date)
Library (D-LINK DNS-320 - 1 hard drive 1 TB)
Both are connected trough a cable/router.

BD-C5500 connected also to the router via cable so no wireless connection used.

I have 1 library added to the serviio which containts both folders with movies and series.

Now the problem - When I watch series I get all the subtitles and no problem there. When I want to watch a movie I dont have any subtitles.
Of course all subs are SRT files.

Any idea where should I search for the trouble?
It is really annoying... series work fine movies sub dont...

Thank in advance.

And make sure to give the IP of the PC running Intel Tools the proper (Samsung) profile in the console first.

You could also enable detailed logging and post the bit when you attempt to play a movie.
