Hello, First of all many many thanks for creating the best media server software on the planet ! Its really simple and intuitive.

I have a Samsung B Series TV (LN52B750U1F) and have ripped some movies to .avi format using daniusoft dvd ripper. When I try to play this on my Samsung TV, I am able to see the video but the TV reports "Not Supported Audio Data".

I also have a Sony KDL-60EX700 and the file plays perfectly well on that. Here is some info on the file:
ffmpeg output:
C:\Users\Public\Videos>ffmpeg -i "alladin_1.avi"

Hopefully this is a straight forward issue that can be resolved quickly. All of the movies that I have ripped into .avi format has this problem. MKVs work great !!

Thanks in advance for the support and for this wonderful software !!

this is a normal divx video and should play. Must be the software you're using. You could set up a trasncoding of mp3 to ac3 to fix this, but it's a bit rubbish ;-/

Thanks for the quick response Petr ! Could you point me to how I can setup the transcoding of mp3 to ac3 ? The software I use does not provide me the flexibility to change audio/video formats, although I will try to create like a .wmv and see if that plays !

Thanks again for the help !
