Haing a problem playing larger sized mp4 files on a Samsung Series 8 TV.
THe file plays but the length will always be 7.08:40
Also unable to pause which is the main issue.
I have what i think is the correct setting in the status section of the console. "Samsung TV / player (C/D series).
Any tips.
Not urgent.

I think the Series 9 is far newer than the C/D models. You might first try a later profile.

However, Samsung has terrible DLNA implementation. I gave up trying to use the TV interface years ago and have stuck with external players. My preferred players are Roku an Nvidia Shield. It could simply be the way that the player works on your Samsung, and there's nothing that can be done from the Serviio side.
