I've never seen a Samsung do that, but I have seen it in Sony devices. They grayed out icons usually means the player can't find the server at the IP address it was last seen at. If you don't have a static IP address on your Serviio computer that could happen. But I've never seen a Samsung do that. They generally don't "remember" past servers seen.
If your computer is Windows, the latest Microsoft update might have turned your firewall settings back to default, which would block Serviio from being available. Windows updates have done that in the past.
