Serviio PRO v 1.9.2 installed on QNAP NAS.
IP camera stream setup OK, can view the stream in Media Browser.
Transcoding ON.
Transcoded files location set to existing directory.
Samsung TV PS59D570 / UE40D5000 setup:
Profile Samsung TV / player (C/D-series)

When playing stream, TV shows "Unsupported video codec" error.
Shared video files play correctly.

Please help.

We'd have to know the content of the video stream, specifically what video codec is being used. I looked at that Samsung profile, and the online transcoding lines are very specific about what it matches, so there could be something just a little different about your stream. See the link in my sig line about identifying your media contents and see if you can get the video codec in use.
