Serviio missing on TV Samsung

Hi, this is my first post if you see that does not correspond to this thread beseech you soon shaken where applicable.
Servvio and install my samsung tv UE42F5500 recognized immediately but every time I reboot the PC stop. Uninstall the program and install again and again recognized . I tried to open ports in router, firewall and even disable antivirus off and can not find solution , you can help me ? My OS is Windows 7 32 bit and my antivirus ESET Smart Security is 7. Welcome to Serviio! My first suggestion would be to use a static IP address on your Serviio computer. This can eliminate many connection issues you might encounter. Just make sure you use an IP address that your router won't assign to another device. You might need to change the address range the router uses for IP assignment (the DHCP server settings). I have mine set to not assign an IP address with the last digits lower than 20, so 192.168.0.20 is the lowest number it can assign. I then use 0.2 through 0.19 for my devices that use static IP addresses.
