The Samsung NU profile is the most recent profile I added. As to what profile would work the best for you, it's really dependent on your media content. If it's all in supported containers and using supported codecs, the generic profile is just fine. But if you have any lossless audio (TrueHD or DTS-MA), those will need at least audio transcoding. There's likely some video codecs that might not be supported by your TV, (AV-1 is one possibility) so those would need video transcoding.
Samsung DLNA support has gone downhill over the years, and their user interface is terrible (in my opinion). I gave up years ago playing anything directly on the TV, instead using a Blu Ray player, Roku player, or Android based player instead. Far less headache and a better user experience.
