Serviio detect my tv as a samsung QE55Q60AA, which profile should i use ?

is it the NU-séries ?

The NU Series profile is the most recent, so a good starting place. I wrote that profile a couple of years ago, but I no longer have that TV so can't test anything further on it. Based on the limited data I could find online for that model number, the NU Series profiles should work fine for you.
