Hello,

I have a HT-C6500/xen home theater set an serviio 0.6.0.1 running. My firmware of the HT-C6500 was version 1016 and everything was fine.
I use the Samsung TV B Series set (worked best for me) .
My set had an update to 1018 ready and i did that, but i better not had installed it. Now fast forward en back not working anymore and if i hit "Tools" when playing a mkv i normaly could enter the time i wanted to get to, but that isn't working anymore also

Tried the Samsung C series profile, but now mkv's are not recognised at all.

I contacted samsung to ask for an old firmware but they do that they say. Does anyone have an idea to make it work?

I would search on google for the firmware you are looking for. Maybe make a post on any samsung forum you can find asking for it.

I already searched for the old file, but not to be found for download.

I think it is not possible to even "upgrade" to an old version of the firmware anyway.

I tested it on usb stick with mkv file and also that was not working with search.

Well after a few days of being angy and confused i decided to test something that has been written on this forum.
I downloaden mkvtoolnix version 3.4.0 and guess what, now my mkv files are working as the used to be. Samsung must have put some old mkv setting in their last firmware. I never had problems before with files made with mkvtool version later then 3.4.0 . So now searching is working like a charm and even the tool button works, so i can jump time ahead :D

All i have to do is remux my 50 movies
