Hi..
I have a rpoblem in that no matter which DLNA sever i use (serviio being the best so far ) the video playback will stop and load every 10-20 seconds, i have the TV wired to the router via 1gig ports which in turn is connected to a shuttle PC with the movies on , it is as if it just cant get enough data through the network , some 720 MKV movies play fine but most of the 1080p MKVs struggle , when they do play it is perfect playback but then it will stop and load, is there anthing i can check on my network to try and improve performace, it is the same story for the wireless connection . considering the TV should be sucking data the hard drive light on the shuttle just blinks every few seconds .

many thanks for help or advice

bob

Right have solved this one, turned out to be a bad lan connection somewhere , my fibre speed had dropped to 5 meg so went routing about and swapped some leads arund and now it is working well , also my fibre seed has gone from 24 to over 30 RESULT !!!

thanks
