Moving files from TV

Hi there,

Absolute newbie here... to everything. So i got my serviio installed on my linux mint box, and i can successfully browse the library with my D6600 TV.

However, i was wondering, the TV Has the ability to record TV, can i get the files off the TV? other than literally unpluggin the hard drive?

Thanks
Grant

Re: Moving files from TV

yes you can samsung has a DMR function that allows you to access the file on your TV from your networked PC, look on your network page in windows and you should see your TV listed as a media device that you an access. :) (serviio has NO involvement in this as it is a samsung system)
