so i copied the file to a External HD and the same thing happened... so the problem is not serviio =)

File not compliant or corrupt (VLC is very permissive and can play a lot of weird files).
Try to reencode original.

You know of any Mac (OSX) program to reencode this type of file??

i tried but i can't find any software to do that :(

You did not try very hard.
A search using "how do i encode video" gives lots of answers.
