Here is the scoop..the latest PC allshare software directly from Samsung http://www.samsung.com/global/allshare/pcsw/ that replaces Samsung's much loved PC Share Manager software but works on Windows 7 is slightly more usefull.

But it does the same thing as every DLNA server out there and does not recognise D series BD players as a device. It does show up as an Allshare on the Samsung BD RCR but does not work any better than Serviio when the player makes request for content! You cannot even push content from the pc to the device the way you can with the C series devices. So essentially Samsung has fooled themselves as well as everybody else who writes DLNA servers

Zip you are on the right track ...if the clowns at Samsung cannot figure out what they have done how can anybody else..My suggestion is to just keep messing around with the settings for these D series devices. I already have internet streaming radio stations working it is just a matter of time before we can crack how to correctly stream internet video content from rss or live streams to them.
