while trying to fix a trouble with no video content found (see Samsung D6000 No Devices Found in Allshare) I have found a strange message in a serviio.log file rom a stange IP:

serviio.log.2:2011-12-22 19:13:11,145 DEBUG [DiscoverySSDPMessageListener] Received a valid M-SEARCH message for search target upnp:rootdevice from address /192.168.3.107:4747
serviio.log.2:2011-12-22 19:13:11,146 DEBUG [DiscoverySSDPMessageListener] Received a valid M-SEARCH message for search target upnp:rootdevice from address /192.168.3.107:4747
serviio.log.2:2011-12-22 19:13:11,147 DEBUG [DiscoverySearchResponder] Sending 1 M-SEARCH response message(s) to /192.168.3.107:4747

netstat -a on the same device can't find anything from 192.168.3.0/24 network - all my devices on the 192.168.0.0/24
the router also do not know any 192.168.3.0 device (checked with "show arp -a")

what device this IP belongs to?
