Hi everyone, I'm a new member and use a translator to write, so please excuse me.

I can not in any way to run the metadata for the mkv file, I set the TV so that serviio see the folders relating to directors and actors, but only recognizes avi, mkv's are not visti.Nella settings window metadata I put "online metadata sources", okay? Someone knows how to help to ensure that they are also tagged mkv file? My tv is a Samsung PS64D8000 and my operating system is Linux Mint 64bit 11/12.
thanks

I do not understand what you mean, all files with the extension. mkv are not seen by tv.Io I have several mkv files all named with the title of the film, too. ancestors are named with the exact title of an example of how film.Faccio i keep my mkv file named: "movie Title" - x264 AC3 ita AAC eng.
Perhaps all that is written after the title, type X264 does not have to be written?
Thanks

Did you select Samsung C/D profile in the console? Can you see the file in Last Added folder?

I resolved, practically in the name of the file there must be the exact title of the film, with no other words that are missing.
thanks

It depends, there is an algorithm to try to clean the file name to get the film name but it might not work in all cases. If you post the original file name I'll look into it and try to tweak the algorithm a bit to help in the future.
