MKV files on UED406000 causes disconnects

Hi there,
I´m struggling with making Serviio and my Samsung UED406000 work with mkv files on DLNA.Those files are causing random disconnects, even when just started playing.
The wifi is stable at 300 Mbps and any other file format I try works flawlessly. I checked it with some 1.7 Gb .avi files, that do not need transcoding, with the same resolutions as the .mkv ones (also 1.5 Gb in size). The only differences between the .avi files and .mkv ones are:
- .mkv files need transcoding for transporting over DLNA
- .mkv have subtitles, a separate .srt file. Howeve I did not try a .avi file with subtitles
Also sometimes when playing the same mkv file from usb hard drive, the file also cuts while playing. However this is happening a lot less than the disconnects over DLNA.
I already updated the tv to the latest firmware version.
I´m stuck here, what can I do to fix t? Can be a transcoding issue?
Thanks in advance!
