BD-C5500 no playback of avi/mkv possible anymore

Hi there,
first of all I love serviio and i'm very thankful for all the work that has been put into it
Most of the times it works fine for me but now I can't seem to stream video files anymore on my Samsung Blu-Ray Player BD-C5500. The connection itself works (as does audio-playback of mp3s), I can navigate to the files in question but upon pressing play i get a few seconds of loading and the error "file not supported".
A few days ago everything worked like a charm and I can't figure out what I did to change that
What I tried so far:
- reinstalled serviio
- updated ffmpeg
- checked if the files are playable from an external hard drive (yes)
- did NOT edit the profile according to the wiki as this is only regarding problems with folder display?
here are the serviio.logs (hope I got the relevant parts)
AVI
MKV
and the ffmpeg infos:
AVI
MKV
If I should provide you with more information please tell me.
Thanks in advance I'd appreciate any help!
