FLAC Audio and clicks

I know this is not a Serviio issue but was hoping someone with the knowledge might help.
I have converted my CD collection to FLAC and they play through Serviio with no problem. However, in between each track, the gap, you get an annoying click. Does anyone know if there is a way to get round this?
With some music there is the slightest gap but now there is an additional clcik which really ruins the flow.
