Loss of sound

Hi all!
I use 1.0.1 and have strange problem with one of the series I`m playing on my TV...
When I start to play, everything is just fine, all works as intended. But after 30-45 seconds
movie and subtitles go forward as they should, but sound is gone (cut off like you press mute)...
On my PC it works just fine with VLC or WMC.

Any idea why is this happening?

Just wondering if you figured out what the issue was? I have a similar problem with a few MKV files. They work fine on my HTPC as well as from my WDTV but not with my Samsung TV.

looks like a dodgy file to me (or more precisely to the TV ;-) )

I have the same issue with a Samsung LN46D630 TV. I'm playing a VOB of a family movie on my linux server to the TV. Everything starts out fine but then the sound is lost after about 30 seconds. The movie always plays fine, it's just the sound. I tracked through a longer family movie and the pattern I'm seeing is the initial ~30 seconds sound is fine, then repeat the following pattern: ~30 seconds no sound, ~2-5 seconds sound. I set the log4j.xml to have org.serviio value=DEBUG. Nothing is jumping out to me in the serviio.log file as bad. 192.168.1.112 seems to be the IP of the TV. Here's a sample:
