Stuttering MKV on Samsung B650 and Synology NAS

Hi all, hopeing someone got some tips for me in regards to my issue...

So my setup is Synology 412+ NAS with Servioo and a Samsung B650 TV generally playing all MKV's 720/1080 just fine (except if DTS sound higher profile than 4.1 and higher than 4 frame rate). Seems to be how it works and my experience at least, but would not be surprised if there are other issues existing as well for some files.

So now I just got the NAS and I expected after reading a bit that transcoding can be too tought on some systems, and I would accept that and as well if my network was to slow (just newly also installed a power cable adapter, gigabit/500mb one).

WORKING
So first playing a 1080p MKV I've no issues, CPU at 27%, Memory at 28%, Disk Read at 20mb/s and network showing 1.8-3 Mb*s. Video does not stutter and plays just fine on DLNA over my network.

FAILING (Stutters)
ANother 1080p MKV file that has to high frame rate (5) and would need transcoding, sound being AC3 so should not require anything. Takes a bit to start, then plays 30 secons or so before starting to stutter for loading every 10-15 second or so. This time CPU is at 48%, Memoary at 49%, Disk read weirdly 0.5-1 MB/s and network as well around 0.6-1 MB/s .

So seeing there seems to be CPU, there seems to be less disk read and as well network traffic, so why would this MKV not play normally? I later checked servioo server via console and asked it to use two CPU's instead of one... this seems to not help, actually my CPU showed 77% on a later try (but seems like there is something with Servioo on Synology NAS that does not shut down processes directly and clean up - even stopping the server in console did not reduce the CPU use by several ffmpeg processes running).

Just bought this new great NAS and such so not tried much other files and will do, but if anyone got some ideas feel free to comment (maybe I'm missing something, is there a log or something I can find on my NAS to submit etc to get more help on this?).

Imges from NAS status, first part when it worked, second half being when it fails and stutters

CPU and memory higher logically, but dont get why disk and network should be lower.

try to turn on detailed logging, play the file again, find the FFmpeg command used for the transcoding and run it manually. It will show you FPS which should be at least around 30 for smooth playback.
