No video files found on the connected device - Samsung PN60E

I have a samsung smart tv PN60e550 model and serviio automatically connected and shows up in all share but the library folders that i have linked in the serviio program dont show up with any videos on the t.v.

all it says is "No video files found on the connected device."

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am using the same TV. I had initially a similar problem where the TV would not show anything if the shared folder happened to be the root folder of a drive (e.g. "E:\"). I had to create a new sub-folder on my drive, move all files to it and in Serviio share the sub-folder instead of the root folder. Also, if your video files are in a format that's not native to the TV, make sure you have enabled transcoding in Serviio.
