Disconnect

Hello,
I run serviio 1.0.1 and Samsung UES6300.
I have a problem with disconnect.
1. When some file/stream does not play for some reason, e.g ffmpeg returns error 137 and serviio returns error 500 to Samsung Samsung disconnect and serviio disapperas for 15-20 seconds.
is there a way to change this behaviour ? Just for example to say , cannot play this file, but not throw me out ? Is there some workaround ?
2. I installed a few plugins e.g youtubetop100 & reuters. Clips play just fine. However when a clip finish ffmpeg returns 137 and I go in the above described case and I am kicked out.
Any ideas how can I resolve the issue ?
Thanks,
Peter

I actually found a thread for my exact problem:
viewtopic.php?f=10&t=7854is there a solution ? Or still serviio + Samsung + online content - mission impossible ?

Does not display connect duration and disconnect 1 minute before its end - BOTH when served ONLINE and from the local filesystem.
It is not just one file - I have plenty of like this which does exactly the same: wrong duartion, then disconnect around 1 - 1.5 minutes before end of video.
On Samsung E series...

More information:
ALL files that serviio transcodes show duration of 5 hours 32 minutes and 16 seconds(or very similar).
However:
The fisrt time it plays serviio disconnects around 1 minutes before end. Although I see in logs - trans code succesffull/.
Second time I play, looks like already transcoded, reports duration of 23 seconds(always)(normal duration is around 3 minutes) but file PLAYS like charm, no disconnectect or anything.
Looks like some problem between serviio and samsung. any ideas ?

samsung ignores the duration that Serviio sends and displays one based on a fake file size. Not sure why it disconnects early though.

Hi Petr,
I adore Serviio and will contiue use it. However I tried "wild media server". It cannot compare with Serviio - Serviio is much better, but strangely timing works VERY Welll with Samsung and transcoding with same files. Maybe you can check how they do it and make a patch for Serviio 1.2 ?
Thanks,
Peter

Do you mean it also shows the right duration in WMS?

Try to remove both lines that start with
- Code:
<Matches container="flv"
from your profiles.xml C/D/E profile
