fedora18-samsung tv

For some time I try to get Serviio working, but so far without success.
I installed and launched the serviio server on my fedora18 system, adjusted two ports in the firewall. In the console I can see the IP-adress of my TV (samsung UE37ES6710). The device name is "unrecognized device", I chose the profile "Samsung TV/player C/D/E-series). Most of the time there is an orange dot.
I added some videos en music files to the library.
The TV shows the serviio server, but when I select the server there are no video or music files. All folders are empty.
I have tried this many times, I read many items on this forum, I googled on this subject, but I can't get it working.
I must be missing something. I hope someone can give me a clue to get me around this problem.
Thanks.

Which version of ffmpeg do you have installed / did you build it from source?

Post the output of

ffmpeg -version

looks good. Check the log to see if any files have been added. if not, check your access rights (or those of the user running serviio)
