Serviio

Hello, i don't know a lot about this stuff but i've got two sony tvs one is KDL-46HX753 and the other one is KDL-32EX653

On the 46 inch one i cant see serviio which i have on my desktop computer unless i have got my laptop turned on(doesnt have serviio), dno why this is and when i try to watch videos it say theres no item on display even though i have files in the folders im in.

On the 32 inch i can see the serviio and see the files that i cant se on my 46 inch tv.

Both tvs are connected wireless to the internet.

I've set the profile to sony bravia on both tvs but there is a red dot on both tv in status tab in serviio as if they are inactive

any help appreciated

You say they are on Sony Bravia profile but which one ?

What type of files are they ? avi, mkv etc ?

Are you US or Europe or other, based / tv purchased ?

Have you set fixed ip's on your computers or via your router ? (hint good idea)
