hi,

I cannot stream the video from NAS (ds213j) to sony bravia smart TV (2012 model) if I check the "burn in" subtitle option.
the video can be played only if I disable "burn in" function.

please find log in attachment (print screen is the only way I can get the log out, sorry )

Any suggestions?

You have to update your ffmpeg with proper configuration file to load all library for subtitle support.

Does it work if you remove the [Public HD] from the file name?

Meanwhile, could you please tell me if I need manually update/ install the "ffmpeg" on my synology NAS.

It should work if you used Patters' pacakage. But the NAS will most likely not be powerful enough to transcode in realtime anyway.
