Hello,
I have in the same file the movie (mp4) and under the same name the srt file. On Serviio console under Delivery Subtitles tab, the box Enable burned-in subtitles is not checked in. When try to play the movie on my Sony tv then the movie plays well but without subs (normal). If I tick the box on the console to enable subs and try to restart the movie in ordr to watch it with subs, then on my tv appears a message Temporarily cannot access the server. Please retry.
I will need some help on that.
Thanks in advance.

Just to mention that I am using win xp and I have followed your instructions from
http://wiki.serviio.org/doku.php?id=win_ffmpeg. I downloaded the the 32-bit static builds from
http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/. Inside the folder \bin I found the ffmpeg.exe which I used to replace the ffmpeg.exe in my folder C:\Program Files\Serviio\lib\. My movies with enabled burned-in subs still dont play.
Thank you

Could you remove the "[1080p]" on file path, force library refresh and retry?

I removed the 1080p and encode subs again using microsoft word and notepad++ to utf8 and now I can play the movie and view the subs...but...the movie now stuck, playing in frames every 3 secs. Do you know why? If I play the movie without the subs everything looks fine. I removed the tick from "enable transcoding" but still the same. Any suggestions?
Thank you all
