[SOLVED] KD65X9005 no AVI (DivX) streaming

Hi,
I use (great!!) Serviio 1.4 and a BRAVIA KD65X9005 with BRAVIA 2013 profile.
Unfortunately I face one "big" issue. When I try to stream AVI Files with DivX codec I get sound but no picture. TV OSD message says "unsupported video".
I guess root cause is, that BRAVIA 2013 does not support DivX.
However, Serviio with BRAVIA profile 2013 should transcode DivX Files into supported format.
How can I force transcoding for my specifc DivX files? I cannot find required settings.

Could you provide information about your avi file (see signature links, ffmpeg -i and mediaInfo tools result in text format) ?

Could you try to change the fourcc of your avi file to XVID with this
tool (backup your file before)?

Hi,
i tried, but unfortunatly without success.
I cannot Change the FourCC into XviD.
There is no XviD Option available.
See attached.
Idea?

Do you try to type XVID in both field ?
from another post:
you should be able to MANUALLY input any FourCC value you want. I doubt Windows 8 can make the drop-down textbox of avic.exe read-only, but if it does, then the actual problem is in Windows 8 itself (for a change).

Good hint!
Now it works fine
Playback is OK now.
I will change all my DivX files to XviD now.
Will there be also a profile update for BRAVIA 2013?

We could not change the fourcc value of AVI file with serviio/ffmpeg yet.
