Hello,

I have a Sony TV Bravia from 2013 and I can't seem to get burned-in subtitles to work on Mac OS 10.9.4.

The TV says it can't access the server. For the file to play I either have to untick "Enable burned-in subtitles" or remove the subtitle file.

I have already downloaded the latest ffmpeg from http://ffmpegmac.net/ and replaced it in Serviio/Contents/MacOS and it didn't solve the problem.

I think this is the part of the log with the error:

Can you post detailed log incl. the ffmpeg command used to run the transcode?

Hello,

I have a simillar problem, but with Panasonic Viera ST60 and win7 x64. Transcoding is not working for mp4 files.
FFMpeg run from console give the same error. So it might be a ffmpeg error.
