Sony 2014 50W805B freezes with MKV

Hello,
Most often than not, using Serviio for streaming an MKV from my QNAP TS112 NAS to my Sony 2014 50W805B TV results in some freezes at some time while reading.
To workaround this, I need to use fast foward on my TV remote control a few seconds further, and then the playing generally resumes.
Irritating in the long run...
I noticed that this seems to happen only at some identified moments of the movies being streamed: e.g. I know some scenes in #Chef will cause the freeze to happen.
I already use "Sony Bravia TV (2013)" profile, and tested "Enable transcoding" ON or OFF with the same results.
Does anyone have an idea of what can be done to fix this?
Thanks

Probably due to high video bitrate and limited bandwidth.
Check with this tool :

Hello,
I'm on OSX, so can't use Video Bitrate Viewer for Windows.
Here's what I get from ffmpeg on the NAS:

Hello,
Do you think the NAS may be the culprit, or should I suspect the TV, or the WIFI network?
Thanks
