Serviio

I have 2 sony s580's one is used all the time and has always played all avi's and divx files
the other was not used for about 6 months ,last week we had guests over and we let them use the room the player was in.
when I went to freshen up the system it would not show the serviio server at first,, I got this fixed and other stuff,,
I can go to netflex and amazon accounts but when I open serviio it shows the folders ,then when I go to these it says
"no playable file" as I go through the diff. layout its all the same
this unit is config'd just like the one that plays all the movies
the only diff is in router (verizon fios 35-35) the one that works is set on dmz
I never had to set that up on the 2nd one and the other diff is the 2nd one was playing using serviio version 3 ***

both sonys have the latest firmware both are static ip's what am I missing

Check on serviio console check that same profile was selected for your devices.

All same,, router says remote access enabled on one that works nothing on one that does not
on broken one I can't drill down into folders at all
fios router ,,don't know what settings needed to fix ,,did not need setting before
stumped

Serviio supports multiple players...why did you used an old serviio version for the second one ?

I mean the last time it was used was with version 3** and version 4 0 did not work for me
the new version is a peach
