"Media Server Stopped Working" when running serviioo

Hello,

I have just bought a sony bravia KDL-55W8 and then my first thing was installing serviioo.

On my PC Server , i have configured serviioo folder , opened serviioo UDP and TCP ports for my PC's IP. Now i can see my TV on console application with green dot.

But when i click media server's and select serviioo(my-pc) from TV , it just gives 'Media Server Stopped Working' message. I have tried lots of things but no way :(

Is there anyone can help for this problem

Check the firewall on the PC Serviio is loaded on. You should have an incoming rule allowing access to the Serviio server for both UDP and TCP traffic.

Thanks for reply.

I've disabled antivirus and windows firewall. And ports are open :( But still my TV can not connect the server.

is there anywhere that we can check logs ?
