I can't get Serviio to work.

Hi everyone I have a Sony TV: KDL-40NX720 and a Sony Blu Ray player: BDP-250. I have always used this program, but since I started windows 10 it doesn't work; in the sense that neither on the TV nor on the blu ray the Serviio icon appears from where I can then see the films. What can I do.

There's no issues with running Serviio on Windows 10. So we need to determine first if Serviio is running correctly, and if so then look for things like firewall settings, VPN, or anti-virus that might be blocking Serviio from network access.

So, first thing to do is to look at the Serviio log. On a default Windows 10 installation, it's located in the C:\Program Files\Serviio\log folder, with the name Serviio.log. If you could attach that here we can ensure it's working correctly. Then we can go from there.
