Issues with Sony Bravia KDL-40R555C

Hey guys,

i didn't find anythin about this type of Bravia TV's.

I have a Sony KDL-W805B myself, and everything works well with serviio now.

Now the story begins. I bought my mom a Bravia KDL-40R555C, with the hope that it'll support nearly the same media as my W805B.
But for now...it doesnt connect with its correct name, but with NFLC SDK v1.5 and only supports some of my mp4 files.

What can i do?

I hope that you can help me, it always gives the error "no media to load" or something like this in the most folders.

Thanks a lot.

Best regards Firoj,.

PS: Sorry for my bad english.

Your English is fine :)

Have you manually assigned a Sony TV profile to the TV in the Serviio console? I find that on occasion a device doesn't identify itself accurately so Serviio doesn't assign the best profile. What profile is it currently using?

I have no Sony products, other than a Blu Ray player that we no longer use for anything. I've never had a Sony TV, so know nothing about any of the profiles included with Serviio for them.
