I have 46cx520 and I wasnt successful with making it work with serviio.
It works perfectly with Mezzmo and WMP12.
Serviio sees tv as active, but when I go to tv, I cant see Serviio server

Not sure to understand your network installation...
It seems that Sony TV IP address is 192.168.1.65 and PC IP address is 192.168.1.66.
On serviio console, remove the 178.77.13.115 IP bound (why this value ??), try with empty value or with 192.168.1.66. When you change this value, save and restart serviio service.
Post the same log file after modification.

yes tv ip is as you mentioned, that thing trying to connect with ip 176 was WMP12, dunno why.
So, i removed all devices, disabled WMP12 streaming, and now i only have 192...65 device in that list which now is detected automatically.
Now i see servio server on TV, but its grey and unaccessible...
EDIT: for some reason that IP 176 keeps comming back, dunno how to solve this

wmp wont assign its own IP so something else is causing this random ip, have you got all devices set to static IP addresses on your network? can you go in CMD and run `ipconfig` and paste the info received here, also can you run this tool and paste the info here.

As much as I use the command console, I never understood why windows made it so difficult to copy or paste information into it.
This recipe also works well for pasting information into a DOS program.
To enable QuickEdit Mode:
1. Open a command prompt/command console
2. Right-click on the title bar
3. Select properties
4. Select QuickEdit Mode
5. Select Save Properties for future windows with same title if you want to keep this change forever. Select Apply Properties for current window only if you only want to enable QuickEdit for this session.
6. Click OK
With QuickEdit Mode Enabled:
To Paste Information Into the Command Console:
1. Place information into the clipboard
2. Right click into the console to paste the information
To Copy Information From the Console into the Clipboard:
1. Click and drag to highlight the information in the console
2. Press ENTER/RETURN key

there ya go something called logosoft has created a network interface for that random ip, from memory that relates to a program call logosoft comfort which is designed for connection development (siemans) so u need to uninstall it.

dont know what to suggest, as it seems serviio will not work with that system running as its hogging the network interface and using none standard internal IP.

Very strange installation!!
One question, what is the device with 192.168.1.254 IP address (default Realtek NIC gateway address)?
I think, it should be better to fix the PC IP address (its seems to be in automatic mode).
So to resume:
Sony TV IP Address : 192.168.1.65
PC(Serviio) Realtek NIC : 192.168.1.66 (must be connected to the TV - via switch if necessary )
PPP adapter Logosoft: 178.77.9.182
Could you try with 192.168.1.66 on the serviio IP Bound field ? (save then restart serviio service and check log file).
