TV Sony KDL-32CX521 is connected to the network through the ASUS rt n13u
TV on the latest available firmware for Russia

From TV to connect to Serviio is successful, the video played perfectly. Profile of selected Sony Brava 2011.

How to solve this problem ?

The mediainfo looks like a standard xvid file to me so should be fine the only thing is the BVOP setting but that shouldnt prevent it from playing it may just be a broken file do all other xvid files play?

If you can't resolve the issue with the file set your profile to the Sony 2010 profile, not the 2011 profile. The AVI will be transcoded as mpeg2 and play then. Its possible that's what the other DLNA server apps your linked to are doing to make it play.

Probably because Russia 2011 firmware does not support DivX media (There were some difference between states : US, CA, UK, RU,etc)
Select Sony 2010 Profile that transcode avi files.

Bravia 2010 transcode ALL DivX avi files, Bravia 2011 may support DivX file without transcoding (with exception).

Sony TV 2010 profile : transcoded avi into a mpeg2 video stream (supported by 2010 and 2011 models)
Sony Tv 2011 profile : delivered avi file in native format, but its seems that 2011 models only supports SD format, not HD (1280x544 in this case)
