Audio delay in new x264 TV Rips on Bravia 2010

Hi all,

I'm just curious to see if anyone else is having issues with the new x264 format TV shows that are coming out these days playing on the Bravia's.

It starts out ok, but within a couple of minutes the audio gradually starts to go out of sync. If I stop and restart it then 'resyncs', but after a few more minutes it gradually goes out of sync again.

Another issue I have with both AVIs and x264 and that is pausing. When I hit pause and then unpause, it doesn't start from the same place. It starts from usually about a minute or so ahead.

It's worth noting that on the same network I have a PS3 that has no issues at all using the same server.

Cheers

Hi.
I have had exactly the same problem with the audio delays and when pausing the video. If you press return to go back to the file selection screen and then return to the same video then it can also start again at a different point that you left it at.
I have the KDL-37EX403 and it happens with all the x264 files that I have tried. I have also used Wild Media Server (which does not seem to play these mp4 files) and did not have this problem with the older avi files that used to be released.
Thanks
