So 192.168.1.66 is the PC IP address (Serviio).
What is the IP address of your Bravia device (Home-> Network -> ...)?

OK,
What is your connection setup ? Wifi, Hardwired with a router ?
I suppose that your router use 192.168.1.1 IP address ?

Check this link to Sony iManual: http://pdf.crse.com/manuals/iManuals/eg ... twork.html
Could you check the Sony Network setup "Network Set-up (Follow Wired Set-up > Custom.)"?
Could you post your "Renderer" setup , "Server Diagnostics" result ?

Hardwired with a router

How do I find the router use 192.168.1.1 IP address?

Renderer setup says Automatic access permision on
Smart select on
Renderer Name Bravia KDL - 32EX403

Server Diagnostics results Succeeded: 1 Failed: 0

Do you try type "\\192.168.1.1" on your browser, that should be the administation webpage of your router.

cleocleo wrote:Server Diagnostics results Succeeded: 1 Failed: 0

Succeeded : 1 !! This is for the Serviio server or another ? be cause now you have to see the Serviio icon on Sony Bravia menu.

Hi all,

I've the same problem with my sony bravia 40ex500. My TV doesn't find serviio server
I use serviio 1.0.1 (linux ubuntu 12.10 64 bits - no firewall - sun jdk 1.6.0_37)
There are no error in serviio log file (and bravia profiles are added)

Youtube is ok -> TV have access to internet

Renderer setup says Automatic access permision on
Smart select on
Renderer Name Bravia KDL - 40EX500

Server diagnostic says : servers not found.....

help.....

One cause I found recently for Serviio icon not appearing that had me stomped for a while with Sony Bravia 2013 W800A was max number of servers on the TV. Had this problem when I added a new serving PC to the network. I was thinking firewall or something at the Serviio end initially.

Servers seem to be automatically detected and displayed to a max of 10 on Bravia. Servers may come and go on the LAN but it remembers the first 10. You can delete old servers that no longer exist or set servers manually to not display to allow the display of a new Serviio server.

Configuration on TV is in Network | Home Network Setup | Server Display Settings
