I have bougth the LCD Sony Bravia KDL-40BX425 from Argentina. It is a particular model that includes an ethernet RJ-45 that the manual says is for interactive TV using GINGA. Is it posible to use this network conection to access a SERVIIO server on the same network? What about by upgrading the firmware? (actual is SONY_Tarte_AR_1.03)

Serviiom if your tv have online features / media playback then yes it should work, try it
