Sony BDP-S480 can't play MP4/H264/AAC under v1.0.1

I have some MP4 files using H264 and AAC codecs that worked fine on my BDP-S480 under v0.6.1 but just upgraded to v1.0.1 when I installed the latest Ubuntu. I verified that they still play under v0.6.1 on this install. The player indicates that the media is corrupted when I try to play it with v1.0.1.

Is there something I should be changing in the profile to get these to play, again? What was the profile in 0.6.1 telling serviio to do that 1.0.1 does differently in this case?

ffmpeg 4:0.8.3-0ubuntu0.12.04.1
libmp3lame0 3.99.3+repack1-1
librtmp0 2.4~20110711.gitc28f1bab-1
Linux 3.2.0-31-generic #50-Ubuntu SMP x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

You need to update FFmpeg

If my ffmpeg is the problem, why does 0.6.1 work on this box, as built, but not 1.0.1? What compile of ffmpeg *should* I have?

ffmpeg has changed there command option in latest version, so serviio also updated his ffmpeg wrapper.
Then with serviio > 1.0, you need an uptodate ffmpeg version.
