Serviio skips some movies

I'm using serviio 1.4 on Win 7 64-bit and streaming to a LG DP1B media player. Serviio skips some movies when serviio is adding files to the library, the files are mkv x265. The log says "skipping processing metadata for an unsupported file" and "Message: Unknown video codec". Is there a way to update codecs in Serviio or any other ideas how to fix this?
