LG oled 2022 model

I've installed serviio on win11 pro some days ago. Transcoding enabled + a couple of directories added.
No others modifications to settings, no editing profiles.xml.
My LG tv sees this multimedia server, but from the tv app I can't see any movie, any file, all empty folders.
Why?

First, make sure Serviio is using the LG TV profile. It should have assigned it automatically, but sometimes it doesn't recognize the player and leaves it on the default profile. Next, see if any other player is showing the media you've added. You can install VLC player on a computer and use that, or perhaps some other device on your network.

It's also possible there's issues using Windows 11. At least one other user has reported issues with Windows 11. Both of my Serviio servers are on Windows 10.

OK, I've made an error and now I see the files.
Last question is that serviio recognized my tv as LG TV. But I suppose that is merely the device name it sees, and in effect the assigned profile is generic.
Apparentely there is no problem with generic profile, but if I would like to load the correct profile, where could I find it and how to load?
Gui don't let me to change profile.

Profiles are changed in the Serviio console, on the Status page. Find your device in the list and click Edit on the right side of the row. In the edit window, click the profile box and a drop down list appears of all profiles. Select your desired profile, then Click OK. When that window closes, you have to click Save at the bottom of the Status page to apply the new profile.

I've an mkv file (avc+ dts/aac) that isn't working fine.
This video has 2 audio traks, but from LG app it is impossible to make the switch between audio languages.
Hope that the correct profile could fix it. Let's see.
