LG 47LS5600 subtitle and language problem.

Hi!
I have a problem with my 47" LG LS5600:
I can see very well avi mkv files but I can not set the language or subtitles.
In the settings menu of the video, I can not change anything.
Serviio has already been enabled on the PC with subs but .... nothing!
Can you help?

Yes, of course, on Serviio I configured everything, but the problem seems to be the tv.
I can see while playing the mkv file with the settings menu to change the language or put subtitles but I can not interact with it.

LG should not need any burned in subs. The preferred language in console is just for remote set files. For embedded subtitles it's down to the tv to enable switching. I don't quite understand which type of subs you're using and what you are trying to achieve.

I'm sorry, you're right, I have not explained well.
I have a multilanguage and multi subs mkv files, I have them stored on my external HD and connected to my PC in LAN network, as well as television.
With the tv did not neither the language nor they can switch the subtitles ...
I am Italian and the language that plays the media player is correct I can not access the subs ....
sorry for my english ...

Re: LG 47LS5600 subtitle and language problem.

Just to confirm, turn off Transcoding and play the file again. Do the embedded subtitles in MKV show now? If not, the TV doesn't support them. Try to enable Embedded subtitles in the console (not burned in for now) and select preferred language as per the docs.
