I've been scouring the various search engines and research areas without any joy.

I have a Sony 65-inch plasma from 2013. I've just recovered a large number of high-res JPEG files and placed them in the images directory. Serviio sees them and generate thumbnails.

The profile says "Panasonic Viera (2013)"

The TV is connected on gig wired ethernet to a 2013 mac pro that is running Serviio. Bandwidth is NOT a problem. MP4 files play just fine as do audio files. Many of my image files show nicely, but the high-res images say "cannot read file."

I'm not sure how to proceed. I've attempted to set up a transcoding profile for the images, but the problem persists.
