Viera TC-P42ST30 "sees" Serviio for a second then disappears

I have a new Panasonic Viera TC-P42ST30 plasma connected to a Mac Mini running OS X 10.6, both of which are wired into a gigabit switch.

Serviio starts up fine, and sees the Panasonic. I select the Viera profile in Serviio, then launch the DLNA "app" on the tv - I see "Serviio Mac Mini" for a fraction of a second in the DLNA server list, then it disappears and I get a "DLNA server not found" error message.

Any ideas?

I've tried two other DLNA servers - they all exhibit the same behavior, so I'm guessing this is a Panasonic or widespread config issue, rather than something specific to Serviio.
